ITINERARY ATHENS MARATHON

 

DAY # 0

Departure flights from Montreal to Athens.

 

DAY # 1

Arrival at Athens Airport, Welcome from our French-Speaking hostess and transfer to your Hotel (Transfer time of 45 minutes)

Distribution of the keys and settling down in your hotel room. Night at the Hotel

Enjoy the rest of the day freely or by going on an optional excursion you have chosen

 

 

DAY # 2 

Buffet breakfast at the hotel, free day or optional excursion

Athens City tour from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm included in the travel package

Available: Cape Sounion excursion from 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm

 

DAY # 3

Buffet breakfast at the hotel, free day or optional excursion

For the 10km race (Saturday)

• 03:45 pm: Transfer to the start of the race at the Panathenaic stadium in Athens
• 05:00 pm: Start of the 10km race
• 07:20 pm: End of the 10km race at the Panathenaic stadium in Athens

 

DAY # 4

For the 42km Classic Marathon (Sunday)

• 06:30 am: Private bus transfer to the race starting point – Town of Marathon
• 09:00 am: Start of the race
• 05:30 pm: End of the race at the Panathenaic stadium in Athens

For the 5km race (Sunday)

• 07:30 am: Transfer to the start of the race at the Panathenaic stadium in Athens
• 08:30 am: Start of the 5km race
• 10:00 am: End of the 5km race at the Panathenaic stadium in Athens

DAY # 5

Buffet breakfast at the hotel,

Free day or optional excursion
