General conditions of reservation

You must complete and return to us this bulletin, dated and signed, accompanied by a bank check payable to MARATHOURS and including:

• The deposit of the trip indicated in this bulletin

• THE FINAL PAYMENT FOR THE HOTEL (50%) IS THE BALANCE OF THE TOTAL PRICE OF THE HOTEL PACKAGE.

Cancellation fees:

     In the event of cancellation by the customer, for any reason whatsoever, and without a subscription of the cancellation insurance, the following costs will be retained per person:

• Registration for the race and half (50%) of the cost of the hotel are non-refundable

• Cancellation 30 days or less prior the first day of the trip: 100% of the total package is non-refundable

Any cancellation must be done by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt addressed to our agency. The date of receipt of this letter will be the reference date for the cancellation file.

In addition, registration fees for courses, visa fees will not be refundable.

Price:

All prices on the brochure are per person. Our prices are based on the economic conditions in effect on the date indicated, and are dependent on the various factors involved in their calculation, such as the cost of fuel, fees and various taxes (airport taxes—security—stay…), exchange rates… They can vary if one or all of these elements changed.

Cancellation by the organizer:

The organizer reserves the right to cancel the trip or stay for lack of participants, technical reasons and or major force. In the latter case, the organizer must notify the customer at least 61 days before departure. Your entire deposit will be refunded.

Responsibility:

The organizer cannot be held responsible for delays, breakdowns, damages, strikes during the trip, as well as the interruption or cancellation of routes inspired by the interest or safety of travellers. The organizer cannot be held responsible if an event changes date or is cancelled. The trip will take place according to the program of the brochure.

insurance:

They are optional and must be taken when booking. The contracts will be sent to you on request. The responsibility of the organization cannot be engaged in case of dispute with the insurance company. Blue Cross. Travellers are responsible for informing themselves of the necessary formalities on the date of their trip. Marathours cannot be held responsible for the non-presentation of the necessary identification and/or sanitary documents or the presentation of invalid or outdated documents. (Passport) It is the traveller’s responsibility to inquire about the entry and exit requirements of the country they plan to visit, to take the necessary steps to obtain the required documents and to pay the corresponding fees. In the event that the traveller does not have the required documentation, he may be refused.
